problem solved on keeping data all in one page . daily journal app by ssuiteoffice (open software ) in other words free. and portable option ,password protected option, easy functions to learn. even skips the days with no entries. (setting option) when closing saves work automatic ,never loose  work again . i been searching forever for a simple app just like this. another way of saving time in horse racing endeavors.
i have the app on a thumb drive along with Sumatra (i really made Sumatra look cool when viewing ) happy holidays merry xmas
