Tariffs Apply to U.S. Sales Horses Bred Outside N. Am.
New United States tariffs that take effect April 9 will apply to horses bred outside of North America and imported to the U.S. for sale. Horses imported for breeding are eligible to avoid the tariffs with a temporary import bond.
